AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO NOTICE OF SCHOOL ELECTIONS.
Synopsis: This bill, amends the notice requirements for school districts conducting elections pursuant to Title 14, Chapters 10, 19, 20, and 21. It also provides a deadline for a school district to return voter affidavits if given to it and makes voting twice in a school election a crime.
