I created this blog so I could continue to provide a place where people could discuss educational issues freely. All posts, views, and links on this site are mine and they do not represent the Red Clay school board's views.
My name is Kim Williams and I have two children who have attended school in Red Clay since kindergarten. The Red Clay School District is a wonderful district with a lot of opportunites for their students, both of my children have received an outstanding education here in Red Clay. I was a PTA President for four years at Forest Oak Elementary School, I ran for a seat on the Red Clay School Board and was elected to the Red Clay School Board in 2009. I have lived in Delaware all my life and graduated from Wilmington High School in 1983. I am passoniate about public education and parent involvement in our public schools. If you have any questions, comments, ideas, or suggestions; please feel free to contact me.
You can email me at redclaynow@comcast.net.
