Jea Street says that there are several public schools in Colonial and Christina that have been failing for a few years running and they are not being held accountable. Kids living in poverty may have a very hard time in school. We are all struggling with this. They...</title><content type='html'>The school districts have failed these kids.  They have not shown that they could do any better than the Moyer Academy did.  Why not give them a second or even third chance?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We always here from administrators and educators that disadvantaged students are hard to turn around.
